I really enjoy my role & the environment at work, but at an early stage in my career I'm just cynical as to whether IAS will give me the opportunities & compensation I'd expect down the track, as it feels like my direct report wants this, but is scared of "HR reasoning"

Collaborative spirit & willingness to help outside of strictly their remit
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is positive & communicative; I'm much more aware of what they're doing/thinking than at previous companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm frustrated by internal policies around promotion/growth being affected by ephemeral "business needs" and a bias to tenure, when all KPIs and growth plans point in very different directions

Salaries don't look like they're going to grow while my rent is up 20%, electricity bill 25%, and groceries 15%. I think my salary won't grow even though in every conversation with my manager I'm outperforming my role
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I see very little of the leadership team - our region is fairly cut off from them, and it feels like there's little input from them, at least that makes it as far down the ladder as I am.

Everyone's so willing to help out and pitch in all the time, no matter how big or small the issue With people going into the office more it's been really great getting to know people more & have actual relationships there

People take work seriously, but not OTT - my last job was with a US based team, where apart from two people, their job was their lives - it was another tech company and they acted as if we were saving lives gathering data for Meta. IAS thinks its work is important, but wants us to have lives too
