That there is an annual target bonus. I really appreciate when the company surprises us with spot bonuses such as the wellness stipend.

I have a lot of respect for my teammates, they are very intelligent and compassionate team mates that are always willing to help in any way they can. They are also truly supportive, it feels like we are one team.
