Great communication, good camaraderie, diligent, and always meets the targets and objectives

Working with a great team and collaborating together makes me most happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team shows great support to the team yet lets us grow individually at the same time as well. They keep the team in a high spirit and are great communicators.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation is the best part of the compensation package. I think the company could be more lax about the policy though. Higher management suggests 20 days (inclusive of sick days and personal time). This is not compelling as a tech company that markets great beenfits to its employees.
