The leadership team does a great job on transparency. Communication is always helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To see organizational growth. I do feel I have grown and my role has grown but on paper no one would know.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing my job impacts the company as a whole. Being able to help other departments and be a problem solver! I am most happy when I can resolve any issue with a quick turn around time!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along well and honor and respect each other's time. We are all ready to step in and assist any issues that may arise. I truly believe we all have each other's back and that is a really nice thing to feel among your peers.
