As a new joiner in the last 3 months i have had an excellent on boarding experience and welcome in to the organsiation. Whe I have gone to someone with a question or concern, I have been answered and supported.

very collaborative and as a new joiner I have had ample support with anything I have asked for
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and accessible to everyone within the organisation. IAS Doesn't feel very hierarchical where by Leadership team are out of touch with employees across the org.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working with different teams right across the organisation and meeting with potential joiners. I don't feel I have to work hard to "sell" IAS as I genuinely believe it is a great place to work!
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a new joiner in the last 3 months, I have found my team to be hugely supportive and helpful with all the questions I have had. Very responsive over slack and email and have made me feel very welcome in the team.
