They seem personable and have a work hard play hard mentality

I would say the bonus, but i have not received it yet
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things, I just started recently and am still getting ramped up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting obtainable timelines as to when a task should be completed. Not assiging tasks one after another and expecting each one to be due at the same time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems knowledgeable which is great! I come from a background of doing most of the work myself, so being in a more collaborative environment where everyone has an idea of what I'm talking about is assuring.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The amount of information to be aware of can be overwhelming, which is not the issue. Its the unrealistic timeline as to when the material should be obsorbed and put into action. I am a very visual learner, so after reading the material i may not comprehend everything and i feel i'm being punished
