I've had a great experience so far at IAS. Before IAS I had no experience in adtech what so ever, but the IAS employees I've been fortunate to work under have supported me more than I've had before. I think the best things IAS does do is hire the right people to help this company succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the diversity in our company. So many different individuals from different backgrounds with multiple experiences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate on every level. We meet daily, help troubleshoot each others issues, we give/receive advice and feedback. With everything we having going on individually we always make time to support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Projects I work on, especially if they're a challenge since most of those times I'm able to collab with colleagues. And again I really do enjoy my team environment - I have the best team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think one thing that stands out is the leadership team does make me feel valued as far as providing special benefits like time off policy, holiday time off, summer fridays, and mental health awareness programs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the amount of collaboration I have with my account teams and peers, sometimes I do feel like I'm undervalued as far as compensation. With my role in the company I do feel like I should be compensated more since I feel I play a big role in keeping accounts/clients supported and valued.
