Coming from Amazon and Biotech before then, it refreshing to see people who are non-abrasive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are forward-thinking and open to experimentation which I find rewarding. I don't get bugged by too many meetings. They also value my input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued per se, I'm just not earning the market rate L6 compensation, out of the last 3 jobs this job pays the least. Equity bump.
