While i may not think individuals are doing their best work, everyone at IAS is friendly and easy to get along with on a personal level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The rumors about the potential sale have caused a lot of uncertainty and stress. Everyday I expect to log in to find out I am no longer employed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Innovation and ways to distinguish IAS from competitors. Clear, thought out roadmaps that we see through to the end. It seems like we are just chasing competitors rather than trying to lead in the industry
