I have only been with IAS a short time and in that time there has been a few impactful changes however the great culture that we have in our office, the challenging work and the amazing colleagues have made it a very enjoyable experience.

The base pay, stock allocation and pension match is good for my position and experience.

Challenging myself, learning new things and helping to improve not just my product but my team as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every member of my direct team as well as everyone based in my office/location has a genuine interest in each other and we are always willing to lend a hand and support each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture can be very location or team specific but I have to say that the culture in my office is very positive and supportive. We have a great mix of people and I look forward to working with them and helping out where I can.
