The health related perks, stipend, my teammates, flexibility to manage my work
The flexibility to do my work my way, however I do notice how our UI is a mess and not much is fixed for a long time which is harder to navigate when I have to explain that to my customer
my team is curious and looking to be challenged and work hard, however I can't say the same about a few Sales team members who don't understand tech but are put in the front seat when trying to go out and sell, IAS should hire more technical Sales people

You should also ensure to create transparency in job postings for base salary
