Long hours but the work is interesting and engaging. I have the ability to work across departmentally and have a supportive leadership team. I would like more work life balance - I have taken 4 days off in 15 months - but I understand the stage of growth we are in and what is required.

New opportunities to learn, enjoying the company of my team and IAS leaders, never a dull day.

All very nice people who are extremely driven but team focused and supportive. Genuinely interested in each others wellbeing and success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supports diversity, raises different voices, has very few negative/political people who self promote. Employees are a very nice and driven group which is a testament to the recruiting team.

Finance get recognition for the work they do via Joe P. We support each other and get a lot done collectively. We are rising to the challenges we face in this new reporting environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Finance leadership have invested in staff and been mindful to promote and engage them. A lot has been asked of the department this last year but they continue to support and engage people driving alignment.
