I think that we really try to focus on doing better than yesterday everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that they are open with us about what they can be while we have our townhall sessions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are some of the hardest working people in the business and you can tell that they really care about doing a great job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role has grown since I started in 2019 and I haven't really received an increase in my salary since I started (other than one cost of living increase). I appreciate the flexibility that we have so I didn't want to rock the boat but I would feel a lot better my pay got bumped up.
