They acknowledge and reward good work and they're down to earth / open to conversation with the rest of the business, regardless of their level.

Their honesty and transparency and the detail they're able to provide to the organisation. I also get the feeling that they really care about the employees at IAS.

I like their openness and presence at meetings and townhalls, sharing what they can and being down to earth when speaking to those under them. I feel the leadership team are inclusive at IAS.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are becoming more and more inclusive and aware. I think there is more work to be done in places (i.e for parents) but we have come a long long way in the last year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Meeting with new hires every month shows an open and safe work place to provide feedback and comments, plus bi-weekly townhalls with various leadership members shows their commitment, understanding and recognition of the org and the people within it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouraging people to take time out for themselves, especially since we are all remote at the moment and people are working a lot/ not taking breaks. Also our ERG and EIG groups to celebrate and support diversity at the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The wiliness to support one another and help on projects. We also like to do "team kudos" where we share the successes and thank team members for their hard work. I also think our team are very innovative and bring great ideas to the table to ensure we are working efficiently and effectively.
