Feeling like I'm part of the team and that my work makes a difference to the company as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If the company asks for something, the executive team will do its best to either accommodate or give data driven reasons why its not possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive leadership team is very strong, and all have open door policies. They are visible to the entire company and are easily accessible, if employees want to connect.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that a wide array of folks interviewed me, not only my direct report, but those who I would be working with on my team interviewed. I liked that they had different questions, and seemed to communicate with each other between the interviews, so I wasn't asked the same things.
