INTEGRITY Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health Benefits are very reasonable or surpass the market

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Our birthday being recognized as a holiday.

Review from Legal Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Lantern health benefits. Free parking. Snacks and subsidized meals provided in the building.

The Health Plan and 401k

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Extra benes on top of the usual - the surgery one is great!

Review from HR Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Bonus plan based on performance.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Would be great if the PTO accrual rate could be higher.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The company stock, garunteed, just by getting the job. This Job is also the first office job I've ever had, and they more than doubled my income. THey litterally turned my life around.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 5 days ago

We have awesome benefits with great cost savings.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The best part of my compensation package is the overall benefits offering. The combination of healthcare, retirement benefits, and other employee programs provides strong support for both my personal and financial well-being.

Review from Admin Dept · Posted 5 days ago

I think my salary is fair considering I recently joined the company

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The paid time off, the medical benefits and the service time they give us to give back to the community.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The PTO plan and the opportunity for an annual bonus.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 5 days ago

My bonus is generous, as well as my annual salary. Plus project bonuses have been awesome this year!

Review from HR Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Health benefits are top notch!

Review from HR Dept · Posted 6 days ago

Review from HR Dept · Posted 6 days ago

The benefits here are second to none, a fantastic package.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 10 days ago

Health insurance and Gym benefits

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 11 days ago

insurance, honestly. The best it has been so far.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 12 days ago

best in market, employee ownership

Review from Legal Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Companies of a similar size compensate roles like mine about 25% higher than my compensation. While salary isn't my only motivator in working for Integrity, I would appreciate being able to afford some extra's for my family.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Experience and qualifications should factor into pay, not just the job title or description.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 12 days ago

I am paid the same as someone who does significantly less work than me

Review from Admin Dept · Posted 12 days ago

401K and better alignment to the various responsibilities I take on outside of my normal job responsibilities.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 13 days ago

At times, it feels like my compensation does not adequately support a comfortable standard of living. More competitive pay would help me feel that my contributions are recognized and valued.

Review from Legal Dept · Posted 13 days ago

I believe my compensation could be more closely aligned with my responsibilities and current economic rates. I value my position and would appreciate consideration of compensation adjustments that reflect my work.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 13 days ago

pay me more i work really hard

Review from HR Dept · Posted 13 days ago

The effort and pride I put into my work does not match my compensation. Not only do I do more than what is expected from me, but it is also done correctly and in a timely manner. I understand what I am doing isn't "high" level, but it is done without mistake.

Review from Legal Dept · Posted 13 days ago

As long as it pertains to the market value. We are not even matching the mid 50% of the value and can't compete with perks like hybrid and remote.

Review from Finance Dept

I would like to see three changes to our benefits: expanded vacation coverage (I am used to unlimited at my level), more flexibility to work hybrid schedules (especially with the increase in remote workers on our team), and paid phone coverage (I am used to having my phone paid for at my level).

Review from Finance Dept

It's a never ending cycle of adding new work assignments but never being able to offload the old ones.

Review from Engineering Dept

Our dept is never recognized for the hard work performed as the helpdesk team when we are the foundation of Integrity when it comes to providing technical service as best we can with the resources that we have.

Review from IT Dept

Pay hike would be great.

Review from Engineering Dept

why are the merit increase capped at 3% for top performers?

Review from Operations Dept

I improved performance of the application and my team. Delivered new features in unreasonable timeline. We were told not to enter overtime even we legitimately work more than 8 hours in a day due to unreasonable timeline to deliver the project. My rate increase has been in progress for 6 months

Review from IT Dept

Compare the number of departments, resources, and initiatives I lead with those of other leaders in the company. Also, compared to the industry for similar services covering such large departments, my title in the organization is not aligned.

Review from IT Dept

I am valued as an employee by the leadership team and totally aligned with the direction of the Company, and I love working with the current leadership. The inflation rate is higher than the general year-over-year rise. The compensation has to be aligned as well.

Review from Finance Dept

There is no clear blueprint or vision from leadership as to how I can grow into the next role. i.e. - opportunities from promotion.

Review from Finance Dept

I feel valued, I have been tasked with ex employees work with no extra pay. What would make we feel better about my pay would be equal dispersment. I would like to be in the same ballpark as my fellow teammates.

Review from Finance Dept

I feel like I have been slow to get promoted and adjusted proper salary. I feel like there are others with less experience with higher positions.
