Review from HR Dept · Posted 19 days ago
Collaborating and making relationships across the organization. So many solutions and ideas can be created just by knowing someone name, especially if you usually don't work directly with each other.

The interaction and camaraderie with working in an office.

Communicate often with Partners that now feel like rank amd file employees, tie them and top performers to do true blue tape type projects. Be clear and direct. Have a Product team that gives a straight answer and no fluff. Someone to own Tech training. HR to be less arrogant. Quicker decisions.

I feel overworked and burnt out with no end in sight. There are too many company-wide initiatives to prioritize all at once. Something is bound to take a seat on the sideline.
Review from Finance Dept · Posted a month ago
I am being dramatically underpaid for my position and my quality of life is abysmal as a result. Additionally, my pay was frozen and any additional earning opportunities were stripped with no replacement. I gave P&C over half a year to respond to my request for compensation adjustment, but did not.

Align goals and priorities across all teams to ensure consistency. Avoid creating multiple versions of the truth tailored to individual SLT members, and stop selectively validating information with certain teams. Instead, establish a single, unified source of truth that reflects business
Review from IT Dept
I'm over utilized without clear objectives often times.
Review from Engineering Dept
I have a long drive with no WFH option, and the previous issues.
Review from Marketing Dept
The volume of change that needs to happen is quite enormous and daunting. We have lots of conflicting priorities and not enough resources so there is an anxiety about everything that is needed to be done. Hard to turn the brain off when I'm home which impacts home life
Review from Finance Dept
Need hybrid schedule, need more work life balance
Review from Operations Dept
It's obvious leadership is hellbent on taking the company public and as fast as they can - which means everything else suffers, as they only see dollar signs at the end of this road.
Review from Marketing Dept
Too much done for show with nothing to back it up. CEO and VPs say hi to each other and ignore the "little people" but claim otherwise.
Review from Finance Dept
Too much micromanagement and pay is so low across the board.
Review from Operations Dept
Poor culture in our team, a climate of fear. Visible hatred and non-communication from certain managers.
Review from Finance Dept
It's time to consider bring in new leadership at the assistant controller & controller level. There lack of experience is hurting the department and the high turnover will continue as long as they are around. The whispers are they are only here to cash out at IPO and don't care about anything else
Review from Finance Dept
Stop letting the tail wag the dog and have a reality check on what defines success. The growth and acquisition pace is unhealthy and will back-fire in a very public way.
Review from IT Dept
Upper management thinking about the choices they make and how they impact the people below them.
Review from HR Dept
being able to work from home would be a huge help
Review from Marketing Dept
need new leadership at the department level; they are arrogant and incompetent - a very dangerous combination
