Less bureaucracy getting out of the ivory tower every once in a while.

Communicating the goals and vision of the company at town halls; tracking progress against those measurable goals each quarter.
Review from Finance Dept
Transparency about company financials, explaining the vision of where this company is going coherently and putting employees and employee retention MUCH higher on their priority list.

Review from Operations Dept
Set clear goals, communicate where the company is headed and what the priorities are, care more about people (and not just the managing partners), be more transparent, stop sending emails at all hours of the night and day.

I am valued very high by my manager and thankful for that. The Current pay could have been better considering number of years under my belt and the value that I am adding, my pay could have been a bit higher.

A more fair compensation for workload

When evaluating total rewards, Integrity's PTO and leave offerings are less competitive than many peer organizations. Employees start with 15 PTO days, which also cover sick time, and accrual doesn't increase until five years of service. That structure feels outdated in today's market.

Companies of a similar size compensate roles like mine about 25% higher than my compensation. While salary isn't my only motivator in working for Integrity, I would appreciate being able to afford some extra's for my family.

A few are all stars. More and more are coking from other corporations and work at a snails pace with lots of excuses and very little ownership, but mistakes are made are there behind. They need urgency and to realize that this company is still a startup that should have entrepreneurial values.

Poor morale. Distrust. HR not helping. Stop micromanagement. Address poor performers and take action.
Review from Finance Dept
Everyone is out for themselves and mess up other people's work to make them fail.
Review from Operations Dept
Professional acumen and decorum exists with some colleagues and that is the least that i expect. As leadership made more questionable personnel decisions for management/leadership roles the impact was trickle down of lower quality colleagues resulting in increased workload for those more capable.

They need better training. The bad apples are not reprimanded. Management's fear is lack of headcount but negative employees causing dissent are far worse.

I would like the option to work from home more, have more privacy while at work, and the ability to express myself more where I work.

I would say equal and fair treatment, and more honesty and transparency from leadership.

I served as an Assistant Vice President with over 25 years of experience at some of the world’s leading companies. I believe that the cabin culture is detrimental to any organization. Here, the top-down approach dominates, leaving little room for the pers

Communicate often with Partners that now feel like rank amd file employees, tie them and top performers to do true blue tape type projects. Be clear and direct. Have a Product team that gives a straight answer and no fluff. Someone to own Tech training. HR to be less arrogant. Quicker decisions.

I feel overworked and burnt out with no end in sight. There are too many company-wide initiatives to prioritize all at once. Something is bound to take a seat on the sideline.

I am being dramatically underpaid for my position and my quality of life is abysmal as a result. Additionally, my pay was frozen and any additional earning opportunities were stripped with no replacement. I gave P&C over half a year to respond to my request for compensation adjustment, but did not.
