Thus far it's been very good. There are very high pressure days where everything is "on fire" but they are few so far and mostly the work pace is steady but manageable. They don't micromanage, but rather trust you are doing the job you were hired for, and leave you to do it.

They actually listen and respond. The company avoids "we've always done it this way" and actually implements practices based on employee feedback. They are also very accommodating to employee scheduling needs

Everyone is treated with respect by anyone you deal with at the company, but not in a rigid manner, a VP or a director will speak to a new hire with the same respect they speak to the CEO with. Everyone just treats each other decently.

It was very relaxed. Wearing a button down dress shirt and slacks I was the most well dressed person in the room. The interview process was casual, no trick questions or needless hoops. They just want to learn a bit about you and hear that you will work hard for the most part.
