Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?COLA is 4-6% a year in this area raises avg 2% we fall behind each and very year, yet they close plants while expecting to produce the same volume with fewer locations and equipment turn record profits yet "can't afford to raise wages"
