How would you compare interviewing at Intersystems to other places you've interviewed?
InterSystems put a lot of effort into the interview process to try and make sure the fit is right before hiring.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Intersystems?
First interview was with the Director of Development and the second interview was with the owner and CEO. It took about a week to hear back after the interview process was complete.
