My manager did create a fantastic work environment. Not an easy task, challenging system to deploy with very demanding clients. I'm also very proud of my team, working long hours always available to accomplish the difficult tasks assign to us. This is not a working environment for everybody.

This industry require lot of availability, after hours work and working EVERY WEEKEND without financial compensation or Bonus at the end of the year.
