salary rarely is increased, many get 0 or 1% raises that barely keep up with inflation, benefit costs go up each year
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
focus on listening to employees, improve company benefits, work on making work life balance better for employees, increasing salary of employees (often we have received 0% raises)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid less than colleagues and our wages are far less than other firms. Benefits especially health care is less than industry average and our salary increase do not keep up with inflation
