As 'I said, its trench warfare. Some days are good, some days not so good But I don't feel either I or my group get the recognition we deserve.

half us really get a long quite well and we do things together outside of work.

Co workers who are lazy or otherwise not pulling their fair share need to be held accountable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no real psychic reward for a job well done. Where I work its trench warfare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Other than group calls. I do not know them at all. I can not answer this question.
