What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We mingle with each other without any conflicts on races or religion. Most importantly we celebrate each others culture as our own , IPC puts in the most effort by bring us together. More events are being organized
What are some of the best things about your team?
There has always been constant support from each other to get the task done . Global Billing Team , goes above and beyond to get the invoices issued and out on time without having to depend on the others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very flexible and most importantly approachable . Never had been feeling nervous to speak to the leadership team despite being just an billing analyst at IPC . All our opinion and views are well considered by the leadership team .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe are paid based on Market value and that our pay days being credited on the dates that it should without being delayed. This shows how much IPC values and cares about its employees well being . Thank you very much !!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to work on my phase and timeline without being pressured. This is very important to make sure that we all get the outcome as expected and to avoid from being burn out . I must say that the managers are well trained to handle the team members efficiently , like my manager Jessy Ng :)
