The unlimited PTO, and knowing that if unfortunate circumstances should arise, IPC will help where they can. They genuinely care about their employees.

I love being able to help customers resolve an issue, and going above and beyond to make sure they are heard and understood.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think small internal departmental changes would be a positive change, such as conflict resolution, but it's not inhibiting my work or quality of care we give our clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know many companies boast an "open door policy" when it comes to executive teams, but it's rare to see a company that uses that open door both ways. IPC's leadership team is confident in their ability to lead, as evident by their ability to listen to suggestions from all levels of the company.
