At IPC employees are not just co-workers but friends, there is a "family feel" culture whereby people from all teams socialise. Individuals are always willing to support and offer guidance to one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
No two days are the same, there is a variety in my day to day and project work to complete. There has always been the ability to partake in initiatives of interest and any creative ideas for improvements have always been welcomed.
