Authenticity behind diversity and inclusion and/or executive leaderships positive treatment to all levels and new hires

The level of learning I receive in my role and for the industry. Feel like my personal career development is flourishing

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They invest in the employees, take time to get to know new hires, implement initiatives that keep the company abreast of what is happening business, sales, goals wise. All extremely personable and friendly

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A part of a small team and responsibility has increased to almost senior level but paid entry level. Longer hours than when initially hired. Would feel better about compensation if it reflected my new and vast additional responsibilities
