Very Few leaders are good and deserve that position. They understand the importance of the company and how company can grow. We have more managers than people that really work and this is impacting the company's growth
Women in our company are not appreciated or respected same way as Men. Women with same experience & caliber is not treated same way or recognized or promoted same way as Men. Company should evaluate do we really need that many manager to handle team of 6-7 engineers than hiring new employees whowork
