Managers & team are very supportive. Most of the employees takes work & projects as priority over personal goals.

Proactive, team work, always available to help team members when needed. Some are very technical, ready to work on any assigned task.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very Few leaders are good and deserve that position. They understand the importance of the company and how company can grow. We have more managers than people that really work and this is impacting the company's growth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Women in our company are not appreciated or respected same way as Men. Women with same experience & caliber is not treated same way or recognized or promoted same way as Men. Company should evaluate do we really need that many manager to handle team of 6-7 engineers than hiring new employees whowork
