The company cares about its employees and appreciates the job that everyone is doing. Management gives positive feedback when employees do a good job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate that I know that my teammates have my back. We back each other up. The saying "Praise in public and criticize in private" is a mantra used at the company.
