Transparency and regular updates from the leadership team. Sound business and people initiatives that are properly communicated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued in fact the opposite. I am constantly consulted and engaged on a myriad of topics and work streams and as such incredibly busy which is all positive. Receiving a pay increase reflecting what I actually contribute and do each year would certainly sit better with me.
