the effort that the leadership puts into improving IPC culture
hard working, friendly, collaborative, aiming to achieve more, supportive, understanding
communication, transparency and investment in their people but mainly focus on diversity and culture
interactions with colleagues and team members, ability to produce clear difference by my work
the aim and recent efforts of the leadership team to create fair place to work at.
ensuring that I can achieve work life balance despite of my effort that I put in my work
reasonable openness and ability to approach a colleague/s across departments to assist with solution of a done or complex situation
no inter-departmental politics, support for each other, excellent skillsets, always willing to listen or receive new suggestions or ideas without feeling uncomfortable or threatened
the remuneration is not proportionate to a promotion received and to achieve an increase it requires a personal discussions with manager, which is not always easy to raise or get achieved
