Happy to be able to work on a hybrid schedule but do like coming into the office.

We are always available/reachable for each other even on our days off if there is ever an issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sadly, never get credit for the hard work from upper management when other do. But will always continue to the work without complaining.

Coworkers are there to joke around, talk to if you need help with something or need a break, and always friendly faces around the office.

If you are ever stuck or need help, don't be scared to ask. You can ask a thousand questions and no one will think the worst of you. You will always find someone who will help you.

If you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed with your work load, your manager will help to figure out a solution to help you feel better and see what they can do to take some of the stress away.
