All the teams are composed by people that's hardworking and willing to help each other, teams are great at working together to solve issues as soon as possible and making customers happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has changed greatly since I came on board almost 6 years ago, their engagement to the people has greatly improved and they're trying to make policies better as well as listen to people's concerns more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has great communication, they all will go out of their way to help each other with anything they can. Everybody is courteous, professional and cares about working to make the day to day more bearable for all.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can do what I love, my position embodies what I love the most. I have a great work environment, can work from home and my leadership team works to make sure we have a great work/life balance all the time.
