Should be in a much senior position considering the work I am involved in and consider covering Large accounts in several regions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Give more space for career growth to younger people. Recognition should be valued. Faster decision when amending contracts or salary. Senior management should listen to their different team members a bit more.

Offer career growth and recognition to younger people in the company. Offer a career growth plan, evaluate this regularly and see a change each 3 years. Recognition is key. Shout outs from managers, team colleagues and other team members in other regions.
