Reaching milestones gives me a great boost at the satisfaction of a job done and done well!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I participate in a bonus program, and converting from a contractor to FTE I lost overall salary. The PM Bonus program really helps to offset that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work within a demanding industry and with demanding clients. Everyone feels the same pressure, and teamwork is critical to our success... We have really great teamwork!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers and I make a point to touch base on all things. We discuss items often to insure that we have each other's backs covered and the work being done is completed correctly the 1st time!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the reoccurring meetings to keep us up to date on the company as a whole. It's easy to see the world from your own seat, but it's a limited view. I appreciate the broader updates that we regularly get.
