I learned a lot being a VoIP support engineer to trading voice support engineer and it improved my knowledge on wireshark, sip , tcpdump , Linux , MySQL and Java , splunk technologies very much along with script running abilities . Everyday working at IPC is a new set of challenge at work .

My whole team is very cooperative as a dream team globally to resolve complex issue for the customer round the clock . Each and every member backs each other and managers are also making sure no one is left alone including senior management of ASG.
