from what I understand from the job market, the compensation for similar role in other companies is relatively higher.

although we have big pressure on the daily work, but we all have a positive thinking as work hard, play hard
What are some of the best things about your team?
the team think positive and stay focus even in difficult situation like lack of resource and manpower, facing difficult customers and the challenge in short service delivery lead times. No matter how difficult, we all work as a team to backup and support each other.
