Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. Offer more 401k matching 2. Allow managers and key employees to take part in profit sharing. 3. Reinstate vacation policy the way it was in the past. I have had several complaints from my team regarding the change in vacation policy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are many great aspects about my team. We have been together a long time. In that time we have grown to understand each others strengths and weakness and work together to mentor each other in our deficient areas. Many times we work on projects as a team which broadens our skill set.
