When people understand what am doing and know that am trying my best to help and support them regardless of timing especially when they are in urgent need

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For some who only working normal hours, they even can get shift allowance, bonus or incentive to boost their morale. For some, its the same for many year without any change. Its best if the back support team can be provided the same value too.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no moral booster or recognition for people in a team like our function who is working as the back end support for sales. If its right, sales will be taking the recognition and also management level. If its otherwise, it goes to us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need some moral booster or recognition provided for low level people. Especially with a team that is not so many people in it. Its hard to try to gain recognition in a team always. And working with sales who is very busy, they won't have time to do all this recognition thing.
