What makes you most happy at work?
Our clients are big, excellent and global.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is responsible for executing projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can work from home. That's the best thing for our teamwork and co-creation. We can have meetings effectively.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer (my future manager) focused on what I cannot do and I felt very uncomfortable. But I really look up to him, he is an excellent researcher, I must admit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like my team. They never hold an unnecessary meeting while my previous companies do everyday. I thik our teamwork is benefited by Work from Home because we can have meetings more effectively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at Japan office as senior research executive, but could be paid more if I work at a competitor. I still believe at Ipsos I can learn a lot, but am not sure if I work longer with this salary.
