I love how people always do their best to still be energized even with the overwhelming workload is exhausting. It puts a smile on my face and helps me through the shift.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. They are such great people. We have such a happy environment that the work seems bearable. I love a light atmosphere where there are no guilt trippings that would make you feel like you are a burden.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love how you can be interviewed and hired on the same day only. They are also nice and would give you chances. They look for "potential" not perfection. The interviewer always looks at me with respect and was not condescending.
