This is a terrible place to work. They hire anyone! Such ghetto trash at this place. They close on holidays and if you don't have pto you don't get paid which is not fair in my opinion. Terrible communication also.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Higher pay would be a start. Get proper working computers would be the next thing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, offering higher pay, offering paid holidays, you name it they need improvement! This is a terrible company to work for
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of accounts thrown at me that my coworkers can't keep up with and keeping up with my own, and still doubling what the team does i should get a HUGE raise. They pay way too low for their expectations set so high.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher pay, computers that work properly not what we use now. they don't have proper programs, have to shut down all the time due to errors. need better communication. need to pay employees for holidays, you are choosing to close why should we have to use pto time or not get paid.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop "passing the buck". Work the account, 1 call resolution. not this nonsense they do of "oh it's not my account i'll take some of the info and then send it off to the collector to deal with" IF the customer wants invoices send them the invoice, dont email the collector to do it.
