What does the leadership team need to get better at?

be nice with their agents, always look where they came from. Be a good leader or example with the agents.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change the OM or the leaders that are not good leaders. It may cause of resigning of some of the agents.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Hope that Iqor can see the negative people inside of the company. In that case maybe iQor will be a better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our management on Tmob NY1 Sta rosa site doesn't know how to value their employees. They don't care about the problems or whats happening with their agents.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I don't have problems at all with my colleagues, The OM, some of the supervisors and coaches are the problem with the community of Tmob NY1 Sta Rosa site.
