Change the OM or the leaders that are not good leaders. It may cause of resigning of some of the agents.
Hope that Iqor can see the negative people inside of the company. In that case maybe iQor will be a better.
Our management on Tmob NY1 Sta rosa site doesn't know how to value their employees. They don't care about the problems or whats happening with their agents.
