I love how you can be interviewed and hired on the same day only. They are also nice and would give you chances. They look for "potential" not perfection. The interviewer always looks at me with respect and was not condescending.

Straight to the point no outrageous questions
The recruiter was amazing and made me feel welcome and comfortable
Easy, but was way to qualified for the job to begin with. Stuck it out anyway, and not for personal reasons
it takes time to get picked.
