Review from Admin Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To provide industry-specific compensation that retains great talent and fosters motivation, IRM should conduct thorough market research to understand prevailing salary benchmarks and industry standards.

Review from Product Dept

I have taken on extra duties but without extra pay.

Review from Operations Dept

the amount of work and responsibility vs. pay. improve the monthly salary received.

Review from Finance Dept

A large pay increase would help.

Review from Operations Dept

Many peers in the other companies of similar size make a great deal more.

Review from Marketing Dept

Iron Mountain pays at the lower end of competitive salary ranges and has high expectations for output that make work/life balance challenging. Hiring the necessary amount of staff to do the actual work would make it easier to achieve the work/life balance that IM promotes.

Review from Operations Dept

Compared to my friends working in other companies with similar experience and on similar roles I am underpaid and I don't have the same benefits that they have. The only thing keeping me here is that I have the flexibility to attend to my college courses.

Review from IT Dept

There are discrepancies between payments. On the same role in diffrent contires you can have diffrent benefits as: Annual STI Plan percentage, or benefits as car, fule etc. The salaries are always behind the local market. Make the things fair as people talk inside the organization and also pay fair

Review from Operations Dept

position job level and benefit seems not align with market

Review from HR Dept

Get paid under the salary benchmark and barely have benefits

Review from HR Dept

I believe the scope of work that I'm required to produce based on industry standards including Iron Mountain's own compensation range warrants a more fair compensation.

Review from HR Dept

Pay equity is none existent at Iron Mountain. Employees with the same experience and doing the same work should not be paid 40-50K less than their peers.

Review from HR Dept

Life insurance should be enchanced

Review from HR Dept

Better Insurance than Aetna, go back to Cigna

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that I am underpaid considering the Job Profile , Responsibilities and Market rate . I will feel better if local Market research is done regularly and salaries are amended accordingly.

Review from Sales Dept

if there were published salary ranges and gender equity data made available

Review from Sales Dept

In the supervisor role we are often taking on more work without increased pay. It would be nice to have a financial reward for increased workload

Review from Operations Dept

Become more in-line with salaries with comparable sized organization. Our base salary in sales is 15-20% lower (from candidates) which is NOT allowing us to attract TOP talent, and sales are suffering from it.

Review from Sales Dept

por lo que no se siente apoyo para aprendizaje

Review from Product Dept

More competitive salary, more transparency surrounding bonuses, more defined career path, compensation benefits beyond salary / bonus
