I am proud to be a part of a company that provides a basic need to our customers, and that provides more opportunities for learning to its employees. I really enjoy the work/life balance and enjoy coming to work each day. I also like our current hybrid schedule.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ITC provides learning for your position, and your development, but it also provides access to sessions that appeal to you as a person through the Belonging program.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the ability to earn bonuses every year, and having everyone locked in on that goal. Additionally, all of my concerns are covered by our benefits package. Both my mental and physical health are considered, and considered well. We have so many perks offered to us that you can't access them all!
