Not only do we have our base pay but we also have a bonus AND LTIP (long term incentive plan).

It is fair and I feel like I am compensated fairly for the job I do.

I love the ability to earn bonuses every year, and having everyone locked in on that goal. Additionally, all of my concerns are covered by our benefits package. Both my mental and physical health are considered, and considered well. We have so many perks offered to us that you can't access them all!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should make $20k more per year. Also, the dental and vision insurance could be better.
