What makes you most happy at work?
Keeping everyone happy and helping anyone out that needs help is very rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very friendly and easy going. They make our goals clear and very obtainable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The flexibility and how well we all mesh together and help each other out when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time and the retirement. Heath insurance could always be better, but it is better than where I came from.
