Very positive experience thus far. ITC attracts not only great talent, but great people who really have strong leadership capability. ITC does take care of their employees-financially and mentally-and I really am glad I landed at ITC of all places.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Access to employee resource groups and a kind attitude from others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The emphasis on people, and culture. They take alot of time investing time with that matter and ensuring everybody has an opportunity to express themselves and perfom best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is still having access to a pension, but more importantly the bonus structure. The LTIP and the annual bonus from start are great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning, getting out of my comfort zone and having the feeling of accomplishment is number 1. Having a sense of belonging at work also makes me feel encouraged to show up.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Although the people at ITC are ever so kind and welcoming, my specific department was hard to fit in and be included. Often, I feel like I need to step up to build a relationship, but that's okay.
